can i access all content right away or do you use a drip system?
Once you complete your order you have instant access to your purchase. Exceptions may be when you missed out on a bonus, or when you're on a free trial. If you're on a free trial, in most cases content will be unlocked as soon as your trail finishes and your payment comes through.
DOES MY subscription RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?
Yes. For your convenience, you only have to order yo once. When you join The Elite for example, you activate your subscription so you don't have to worry about renewing in time. It's done for you so you can focus on what's important: Karate 🙂
how can i cancel my SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel easily through our online customer hub. It's designed so you have full control over your subscription. When you cancel, you lose access to the content right away.
is there a notice period?
Your subscription automatically renews every billing period. As long as you cancel before being rebilled, you won't be rebilled. Even if it's one day before - there is no notice period.

do i have to pay sales tax?
That depends. Online resources from The Digi Dojo are considered an electronic service in your own country. This means that VAT% from your country applies, unless you live outside the EU.
For example: Netherlands: 21%, Sweden 25%, Norway 0% and if you're from the USA you're also lucky: 0%. When you place your order, specific VAT is automatically calculated and applied.
If you purchase a seminar ticket, Dutch 9% VAT applies.
where can i find my invoice?
Your invoice is mailed to you right away when you complete your order. You can always find past and future invoices in your online customer hub.
