Laser Targeting

Most of these are equal to MCT (not all). 

Make sure to use controllers to increase or decrease intensity.

  • Cross-Friction
    Mash in a 90 degree angle on the muscle fibers. Target from a different angle (Move from left to right while sticking to the surface)
  • Spanning
    Encourage expansion and width of target area (move from left to right with internal and external rotation rolling). Spanning is also a good self-assessment technique to quickly can an area.
  • Crushing
    When rolling, hold on a trigger point or tender spot for 10 to 30 seconds.
  • Crush & Go
    After the 10 to 30 seconds hold, move slowly while you keep pressure without "losing" the muscle (when you move the ball can roll off). You can use Martial Arts techniques as an assessment to feel the improvement right away.
