Meaning of tsukkomi: Tsukkomi means penetration which is this case means to penetrate the body of the opponent as you lean forward.
Name of the stance: Gyakuzuki no tsukkomi dachi.
Important points: Try to move forward through seichusen without moving your weight to the left and right too much. Ideally you should move straight forward. For this reason, assist this with you leg movement by moving it about 2/3 towards the supporting leg. Beginners might touch the supporting leg to get used to the movement of the legs. This should be discontinued later on.
