I set my alarm every morning to be in time to shoot videos at sunrise. Although this is recorded a while later, it was at one of those morning sessions that I recorded this one when I was on holiday.
During this seminar I emphasise the proper use of the hip joint. Usually you hear "twist your hip" and that's good AND you can go one step further to see what kind of dynamics can be used if you consider a left and right hip.
